As the developer and our first featured builder at Grove Park Cove, Dan’s vision was to create a community that harmonized with the adjacent historic Grove Park Neighborhood. This vision inspired him to work with a team of talented architects and designers to create the Grove Park Cove Plan Series a series of custom designed plans that capture the stunning views and fit the Grove Park Cove landscape. The plans reflect historic architectural elements while offering all of today’s modern amenities. These plans are available exclusively to Grammatico Signature Home Clients. Buyers can also bring their own plans or work with Dan to select plans that meet differing lifestyle needs.
