GROVE PARK COVE, ASHEVILLE

The road winds past a rose garden, along quiet streets of ivy-covered houses and old, venerable oaks. It leads you to a secluded mountain cove, a storybook place hidden away on the mountainside.

Step onto a path, look out. The views here soar, opening out over a pastoral valley to the wild beauty of Elk Mountain beyond. You have found Grove Park Cove. Tucked into the north flank of Sunset Mountain, and set within one of Asheville’s oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods, this luxurious community will hold seventeen homes.

Each home will enjoy a generous, wooded lot, measuring between one and three acres in size. These lots have been sited to take advantage of the cove’s phenomenal views.

Taking as its model fabled Asheville neighborhoods like Biltmore Forest and Albemarle Park, Grove Park Cove is designed to charm in every detail, from its stone entry and gardens to the paths that beckon through the trees.
